About the
Project
Hospitals often rely on Excel sheets for patient onboarding and manual feedback collection, which can be inefficient and prone to delays or errors. This process makes it hard to track patient satisfaction in real time.
There is a need for a digital solution that allows patients to onboard themselves easily through a dedicated link and automatically sends an NPS survey after services are provided, helping hospitals improve patient experience, gather timely feedback, and streamline operations.

The
Vision
Our vision is to modernize and simplify the patient experience by providing hospitals with a seamless digital platform for onboarding and feedback. By allowing patients to onboard themselves through a dedicated link and automatically receive an NPS survey after treatment, we aim to make the process faster, more accurate, and more patient-friendly.
We envision a system where hospitals can focus more on care while effortlessly collecting real-time insights to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
Ultimately, the app supports better patient care by helping hospitals understand and respond to patient needs more quickly and effectively.
